Workshop Terms & conditions

 

• Cancellation / rescheduling: up to 7 days before the workshop start: 100% refund (minus any payment processing fees, if applicable). Rescheduling to a later date is possible depending on availability. From 6 days before the workshop start or in case of no-show: no refund, as the spot cannot reliably be filled on short notice. You may, however, send a replacement person (please let me know in advance).

• Cancellation by the organiser: If I have to cancel the workshop for important reasons (e.g., illness, force majeure), you will receive a full refund of the workshop fee or you can reschedule to an alternative date.

• Safety & liability: You will work with tools and materials. I will explain everything carefully and support you, however participation is at your own responsibility. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law; liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life/body/health remains unaffected.

• Result / handmade nature: Handmade processes (wax model, casting, surfaces, small irregularities) are part of the unique character of the piece and do not constitute a defect.

• Data protection: Your data will only be used to organise and run the workshop and will not be shared with third parties.
